ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

JANUARY 14, 2010

7:15P.M.          Called the meeting to order. Present: Richard B.Gorden,

                        Ellen W.Abelson and Mark J.Mazur.

1. The Board read two notices from the Appellate Tax Board notifying

    us that two recent cases have been decided in our favor.

2. The Board reviewed two notices from the State Department of Revenue

    concerning their review of our FY 2010 assessments. One was a notice

    of Preliminary Certification and the other was a notice of Certification.

3. The Board reviewed reports showing our FY 2010 total assessments by

   class and our FY 2010 New Growth.

4. The Board signed our FY 2010 LA4 form, which lists our assessments

    by class and our LA13 New Growth form.

5. The Board reviewed material from tonight’s classification hearing.

6. The Board received a calendar 2009 Performance Evaluation for the

    Administrative Assessor, that was done by Finance Director, Bill

    Fowler and Town Manager Ben Puritz. They will, also, review the

    performance of the Administrative Assessor.

7:24P.M.          The Board went into Executive Session.

7:35P.M.          The Board returned from their Executive Session and

                        resumed their regular meeting.

7. The Board took the following actions on fiscal year 2010 personal

    exemptions for the owners of the following properties:
